Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. All sales are considered final.
If the item is received damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately (within 72 hours) so we can notify the delivery carrier to start a claim on your package.
We will accept returns or exchanges IF they meet this criteria:
1. Item must be submitted for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving.
2. The item is received damaged or with a manufacturer's defect (normal wear and tear is not covered).
3. The item was received due to an error on the part of TackAndShow.com.
4. The item is in same (new) condition as it was received.
In order to facilitate the processing of any returns or exchanges, please include the following:
1. Complete and include this
Return & Exchange Form.
2. Copy of the original invoice/packing slip.
3. All Original packaging and tags.
Items will be exchanged for exact item & value. If return is accepted a credit will be issued to the original CC the item was purchased with.
